It's been nearly a month since we arrived at this little farmhouse and became slaves.
Going to cut right to the creative bit because there's literally nothing new to report from today other than we are one day closer to the weekend. YIPE.
Tonight I've been sketching away, working on doodles for the menu I mentioned before that I was working on. It's going well and I'm starting to develop a style and have been working on layout. This is the first time though that I've ever designed anything (for a client) by strictly hand rendering it all. It's a bit intimidating... and i'd be lying if i said I wasn't nervous about the final result. BUT I am also confident that it will look awesomeee.
My goal is to keep in modern and fresh like their logo, website and other branding, but with touches of vintage elements and a bit of "cute". Black and white with some patterns and pops of their signature lime green.
